2. Prescription Verification

Certain medicines require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.

For prescription medicines:

  • Customers must upload a clear and valid prescription at the time of placing the order.
  • Trust Pill reserves the right to verify prescriptions before processing any order.
  • Orders requiring prescription verification may experience additional processing time.

Trust Pill reserves the right to reject any order if the prescription is invalid, incomplete, expired, or does not comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed after:

  • Successful payment confirmation (for prepaid orders).
  • Order confirmation (for eligible Cash on Delivery orders).

Trust Pill Pack is a premium medication packaging service involving customized sorting, dose-wise packaging, labeling, and medication organization.

Additional preparation time may be required before dispatch.

Estimated delivery timelines for Trust Pill Pack orders may vary depending on customization requirements and prescription complexity.

Customers will be informed of the expected delivery schedule during order confirmation.

6. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order value
  • Product category
  • Delivery speed selected
  • Promotional offers or membership benefits

Applicable delivery charges, if any, will be displayed before order confirmation.

Trust Pill reserves the right to modify delivery charges without prior notice.

7. Delivery Attempts

Trust Pill delivery personnel may attempt delivery at the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Availability of a recipient at the delivery location.
  • Reachable contact number.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be cancelled without refund eligibility where applicable.

An order shall be considered successfully delivered when:

  • Delivered to a family member or authorized representative at the delivery address.
  • Delivery confirmation has been obtained through OTP, signature, photograph, or other verification methods used by Trust Pill.

9. Delayed Deliveries

While Trust Pill strives to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Technical failures
  • Events beyond reasonable control

Trust Pill shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

  • Incorrect product
  • Missing items
  • Expired product

11. Non-Serviceable Locations

Certain medicines, temperature-sensitive products, controlled substances, or healthcare products may not be deliverable to all locations due to legal, logistical, or regulatory limitations.

Trust Pill reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders and process refunds where applicable.
