Finish the full course of the treatment even if you feel better. It is important not to stop taking this medicine suddenly as it may worsen your symptoms.
Some common side effects of this medicine include peripheral edema, nausea, headache, dryness of mouth, difficulty in concentration and blurred vision. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. This medicine may cause weight gain and to control it, you should have a balanced diet and exercise regularly. It is important to inform your doctor if you develop any unusual changes in mood or behavior, new or worsening depression, or suicidal thoughts.
